Our staff offers efficient and personalized services throughout the home improvement process. They are prepared to:

- If paint will be disturbed, perform a lead-based paint hazard assessment
- Request bids from licensed and insured contractors
- Assist in contractor selection
- Monitor work during construction
- Perform a final inspection to insure satisfactory completion
- Obtain clearance for a lead safe home
