Manages the Oakland County Community and Home Improvement Division, which oversees four federal housing and community development grant programs. Provides direct supervision to operations, planning, special projects/public information, contract compliance, and housing counseling units.
Coordinates division activities in the absence of the Manager. Maintains day-to-day operation of the division. Supervises home improvement and clerical units and provides technical assistance to municipalities. Processes accounting transactions between municipalities and the accounting division. Maintains federal and county financial systems.
