The Community and Home Improvement Division invests millions of federal dollars to improve the lives of Oakland County's residents. The division administers the following programs funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development:

The Division provides no-cost, zero percent home improvement loans to qualified residents.  These federal programs bring the needed dollars to provide revitalization to neighborhoods and vital human services to low and moderate-income residents in 51 participating communities.
