How do I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, click on the link "Order Status" that appears in the navigation on the right-hand side of this page. You must have your order number.

Can I cancel an order?
No, you may not.

Can I change an order?
No, you may not change an order.

Can I change my method of payment?
No, you may not change your method of payment.

Can I set-up an account?
No, you may not set-up accounts.

Can I return items?
Items purchased are not returnable.

Can I pick-up items, rather than have them delivered?
No, you may either have items shipped via regular mail or expedited.

I received the wrong item. Who do I contact?
Please call the phone number listed in the "Contact" section of this page (see right-hand navigation) within three business days to communicate the error.

I received a letter stating that my order cannot be filled. How do I find out why?
There is a phone number at the top of the letter you received. Call this number and request additional information. Please have your order number ready.
