Mr. Schwartz is the principal attorney of his law firm, specializing in Municipal Law, Labor Relations, Employment Law, and Collections. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School. He also holds a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's Degree from Clark University.
