Personal:
Gary and his wife of 35 years, Diane, have two children: Andy, 31 and Amy, 27. Gary worked 29 years for the Daily Tribune & Macomb County Daily in the Circulation Department. He studied Law Enforcement for two years at Oakland Community College. Gary also served on the Legislative Committee for the Michigan Municipal League. In 1997, Gary was named "District Manager of the Year" by the Daily Tribune.
