The Michigan Water Color Society 61st Annual Travel Exhibition

The Michigan Watercolor Society brings selected artists together to promote education in the contemporary arts accomplished through sponsoring juried exhibitions and awards along with lectures, demonstrations and presentations. This years juried show is an assortment of many astounding Oakland County residents from Birmingham, Farmington Hills, Ferndale, Rochester, West Bloomfield, and many more. All twenty eight participants feature their own distinct style in both technique and concept; fourteen of which are award recipients. Oakland Countys Office of Arts, Culture & Film is the final venue to host this years traveling show.

This vibrant and talented exhibit will be on display in the front of the Oakland County Executive Building and Conference Center January 12, 2009 through February 18, 2009. The Executive Building 41 West is located on the county campus at 1200 N. Telegraph Road, in Pontiac. Exhibition hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
