The Michigan Quilt Artist Invitational brings selected quilters together to promote the freedom of expression, experimentation, and individual style among the participants. Exploring Africa was the theme for the 8th annual invitational and the 47 participants were encouraged to take their own personal safari as they explored new materials and techniques.
