About the Oakland County Galleria

Hours:
Galleria hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m. The Galleria is open to the public and admission is free.

Proposals for Exhibtion:
Oakland County's Office of Arts, Culture & Film is seeking proposals from Michigan artists for fine arts exhibitions to be displayed in the Oakland County Galleria. The Galleria is located on the second floor of the Executive Office Building, 1200 North Telegraph Road in Pontiac.

A changing exhibition program is part of the Office of Arts, Culture & Film program of "Art in Public Places." This program offers a showcase and encouragement for the fine artists and craftsperson as well as provides an awareness of art to the County's many employees and visitors. Art patrons, senior citizen's groups, and other organizations are invited to tour the exhibitions. The art exhibited is typically available for public purchase and no commission is charged to the artist.

Exhibit proposals should include the artist's resume, brief description of media and techniques used, and 3-5 images slides, photographs and digital images are acceptable. All media is being sought. Submitted materials will not be returned, but will be kept on file.
