2006 Oakland County Dog License Notice

Pontiac, MI, May 19, 2006 -- Due to an error in a new software application, many dog owners within Oakland County who have already purchased or renewed their license for 2006 may erroneously have received a second notice in the mail. Those individuals who have received this erroneous notice do not need to contact their licensing agency if they have already renewed their dog license. 

Dog licenses can be purchased and/or renewed on or before June 1st, 2006 without penalty.  For more information on purchasing and renewing dog licenses, please visit http://www.oakgov.com/petadoption/.
