Media logistics for covering the Health Division's H1N1 clinic at the Palace of Auburn Hills

What:	Media who wish to cover the Oakland County Health Division's next H1N1 clinic at the Palace of Auburn Hills will be able to obtain access inside the Palace only with an escort from Bill Mullan or Suzanne Weinert. Bill's mobile number is (248) 202-9668. Suzanne's mobile number is (248) 841-3551. Please check in with either by phone when you arrive.
When:	2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009.
Where:	The Palace Of Auburn Hills, Auburn Hills, Michigan.

• All media may enter the Palace property at the south entrance off Lapeer Road.
• Media parking will be in the lot west of the West Atrium Entrance. There will be coned-off spaces for ENG trucks so they may have a clear view to the south.
• Individuals seeking vaccinations will park in the north lot starting at 1 p.m. They will form a line at the northwest doors of the Comcast entrance. Those who have been vaccinated will exit through the northeast Comcast doors.
• The media will be allowed into the Comcast lobby with an escort only. Health Division Manager Kathy Forzley will be available for media interviews at 3 p.m. in the Comcast entrance lobby. After the interview, media wishing to take video or still photographs will be escorted back to the clinic for 20 minutes.
