Media logistics for covering the Health Division's H1N1 clinic at the Palace of Auburn Hills

What:	Media wishing to cover the Oakland County Health Division's H1N1 clinic at the Palace of Auburn Hills will be able to obtain access inside the Palace only with an escort from Suzanne Weinert (on site by 2 p.m.) or Bill Mullan (on site by 4 p.m.). When:	2 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2009.
Where:	The Palace Of Auburn Hills, 5 Championship Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326.

• All media may enter the Palace property at the south entrance off Lapeer Road.
• Media parking will be in the lot west of the West Atrium Entrance. There will be coned off spaces for ENG trucks so they may have a clear view to the south.
• Individuals seeking vaccinations will park in the north lot. They will enter to get into line at the northwest doors of the Comcast entrance. Those who have been vaccinated will exit through the northeast Comcast doors.
• The media will be allowed into the Comcast lobby with an escort only to get interviews and pictures with those waiting in line and those leaving the clinic. We will be unable to escort the media into the clinic itself.
