Multi Year Special Assessment System (MYSA)

The Multi Year Special Assessment System (MYSA) is used by treasurers to prepare special assessment bills and rolls for special assessment districts set up in their communities.  This system keeps track of principal balances, interest, penalty and payments for each special assessment district that is loaded into the system.  A reassessment program is available to move unpaid balances to the summer or winter tax bill for collection before going delinquent.
