The Assessment and Taxation team develops Assessment, Equalization and Property Tax applications that leverage and incorporate existing software components and data. Our business objectives are:
To increase the quality of assessment information through increased assessment analysis capabilities.
To insure the quality of assessment information through a defined set of core information that will be collected countywide and standardized throughout the County in all CVT's.
To improve the quality of assessment information through the use of "location-based" information.
To make effective use of resources by integrating all assessment data into a seamless interoperable environment.
To increase the productivity by improving the ability to perform assessment analysis functions.
